Cancellation Policy: Refunds may be requested in writing by May 14, 2010, and are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. No cancellations will be honored after May 14th. Any registrant who does not submit cancellation correspondence by May 14th, and does not attend the conference is required to pay full registration. Refunds requested in writing within 72 hours of registration are entitled to a full refund. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty. Authorized refunds are processed after the event. Southern Growth reserves the right to modify this policy.
